You can exchange for both product or size in case you don't like the fit/style.

For Prepaid orders, refund is done in the source account once the product is received back and checked at our end.

For COD orders, refund is done through TIC gift card that can be used on your next purchase.

Please note that customized orders are not eligible for returns or exchange.
